No doubt you've read the term “social media engagement“, so for the sake of clarity, Social Media Engagement definition is the act of communicating with your readers or visitors in a way that is both interactive and helpful.
It's simply not enough these days to have hundreds or thousands of followers or fans if you're totally disconnected from them. - Get your social media mobilized – Studies are showing that a full 60 percent of mobile use is using social media, so it makes a lot of sense to go where your audience is hanging out!
- Give a shout-out to your customers – We all like to feel appreciated, and a painless way to build a boatload of raving fans is to promote your Facebook shout-outs to all your social media world, and get ready for massive growth.
- Questions breed answers – Ask your audience relevant questions, and you'll be happily surprised at the number of responses you get, especially if you are touching hot areas of interest within your people. Of course, questions are also a great way to uncover what those areas are in the first place!
