So just as a fun experiment I wanted to see how fast a google hangout can help rank an article.
For this test I'm picking a pretty random phrase that my wife picked for me this morning “Hazelnut Coffee Expert“. All the research I've done seems to indicate that I'll be on page 1 within minutes (yep you heard right – MINUTES!). I didn't believe it either – so I wanted to put it to the test.
Firstly I wrote this article. Then I created a google hangout with a link back to this article.
To see if the test worked (and stuck – depending on when you read this article) just do a google search for ‘hazelnut coffee expert' and see if I'm there. 🙂
So why Hazelnut Coffee Expert? Well I just happened to be drinking a hazelnut coffee for the first time this morning and it was really nice. So as a coffee drinker I thought I would let everyone know about my experience drinking hazelnut coffee and how great it is to have had that experience. 🙂 If you haven't tried hazelnut coffee, Nespresso has a great line of coffee pods and Hazelnut was one of their speciality coffees I bought a couple of months ago (but it sat in my cupboard all this time).
If you're game, give them a go and see if you like it too. After you drink 1 cup, you too can become like me and become the next hazelnut coffee expert. 🙂
